Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for administrative management of customer contracts across products, including working with L&BA members to communicate redlines to Sales or the prospect, entering contracts into Salesforce, and supporting Sales and orderswith questions on contracts. This role will also act as the department’s liaison for sales operations project as applicable.

  • Support busy Legal and Business Affairs team to move customer contracts through the sales cycle efficiently.
  • Complete vendor forms, tender terms, and other administrative documents to reduce bottleneck in the Contracts queue.
  • Collaborate with Legal & Business Affairs colleagues to provide support and guidance to the Sales team.
  • Facilitate L&BA’s interaction with other departments on sales operations project, including Salesforce optimization projects.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of contract administration experience
  • Proficient knowledge of legal language in SaaS contracts
  • Technical project management experience and interest
  • Strong analytical decision-making skills
  • Keen eye for errors and inconsistencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (composition and grammar)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and multitask
