Job Title: Contracts ManagerJob DescriptionWe have an immediate need for a Contracts Manager on a temp basis for a projected 4-6 month contract. This will be a hybrid position based in our Scottsdale office.Overview:The Contracts Manager serves as a key liaison between the legal department and the business functions, regarding all things contracting. This role is critical in achieving our goals by creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers and supporting contract negotiations. Responsibilities include contract close-out, extension and renewal, and communicating contractual changes to all stakeholders. The Contracts Manager partners with a variety of business support functions, including sales, customer care, service provider management, and operations.Responsibilities: Review, revise, and document commercial terms of agreements; actively facilitate contract formation activities and discussions with potential customers, service providers, and vendors; liaise with General Counsel for legal input, and the business team for business input, for deviations from standard terms. Maintain and administer tools and processes to support contracting processes, including drafting, review and approval flow, contracts storage (database), flow-down of agreement terms into and through company systems, and helping to resolve contract-related disputes. Manage all aspects of contract administration, from negotiations to execution; report on contract status with operations and management on a weekly basis. Negotiate NDAs.Hard Skills

Hours can be flexible - examples are 7:30-4:30, 8-5, 9-6 etc. Will be working a standard 40 hours, likely not much OT.Will be working with two people on the team - paralegal and legal counsel.
