Kelly Services is looking for a Corporate Trainer/Instructional Designer to join our team for one of our top clients Tempe AZ. Day to Day: As a corporate trainer, you will be responsible for training all new clients signed on to our clients telecom platform and technology. You will also be responsible for utilizing their training calendar in order to train existing clients periodically on an as needed basis via 15-30 minute training blocks over the phone to discuss specific customer concerns. You will also be responsible for holding a weekly 90 minute webinar on Wednesday mornings to cover the clients admin portal. Attendance is for anyone customers who would like to join with a question/answer session at the end. The admin portal is for select users who are granted admin access by the customer and is ideal for customers to make call flow changes, scheduling, etc. Along with these responsibilities, you will be updating existing training documents as well as create new training material to be posted on their website, in their knowledge base, and as attachments to send customers via email as well as designing and creating training programs for partners sales, channel sales and direct sales teams.
