Crate Builder

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Crate Builder for a client in Phoenix, Arizona. The client specializes in manufacturing custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30AM-2:00PM

This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Crate Builder Responsibilities:

Assemble boxes, skids, crates, or platforms used for shipping equipment and machine parts.

Build or otherwise prepare bracing and other support needed for safe transportation.

Crate Builder Requirements:

At least 1 year of warehouse experience.

Experience operating a staple/nail gun.

Forklift experience preferred.

Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Must be able to read a tape measure.
