Success in this role is largely defined by your ability to act as a trusted client advisor, as well as deliver effective training and performance support solutions.Responsibilities:

Conduct in person and online training classes to our customers utilizing our Teamcenter product suite.

Proven Integration Toolkit (ITK), SOA customization and BMIDE extension skills

Exhibit proficiency of the Business Modeler and various deployment methods.

Willingness to travel up to 20%.

10-15 years of experience supporting enterprise system deployments.

Demonstrate critical thinking, command of specific technical subject matter, ability to learn new technologies very quickly, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in the simplest possible terms (relative to the audience)

Stimulate interest and enhance learner understanding through appropriate anecdotes, stories, analogies, and humor. Use activities that allow learners to review and apply content at appropriate intervals.

Actively participate in and contributes to the global "Learning" Community of Practice and contributes to the definition, development, and curation of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college, preferably with software engineering background, Advanced Degree may be substituted for industry experience.The total cash compensation range for this position is $87,800 to $175,600 with 20% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target .
