As the Customer Relations Billing Specialist, this role is responsible for delivering excellence in service and contributing to the mission of protecting businesses, people and time. This role will focus on accurate and timely invoicing to our customers. The Customer Relations Billing Specialist is responsible for collaboration across all levels to achieve departmental and organizational goals.RESPONSIBILITIESInvoice assigned customers timely and accuratelyResolve customer inquiries and discrepancies timely Document resolutions and maintain billing records consistentlyVerify invoice procedures and validate customer contractsEstablish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customersCollaborate with the Field, Collections Team, Sales, and Accounts Receivable Team to ensure payments for assigned customers are received within terms and applied properly Escalate complex issues to supervisors using standardized templatesCommunicate with internal and/or external customers Participate in governance calls and daily huddles as requiredAct as a resource for other functions within AWPProvide training and support as requestedPerform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
