Manage/Enter daily incoming orders for the North America MarketClose shipped orders dailyReview/update daily open orders reportConduct monthly closingExpedite all orders in-order to acquire on time deliveryFor DSD orders, verify that invoices align with the original orders in terms of quantities, pricing, and agreed terms, and resolving any discrepanciesInvestigate and address mismatches between invoices and delivered goods, including quantity shortages, overages, or pricing errorsAddress and resolve delivery issues, product quality concerns, or service complaints in a timely mannerKeep detailed records of customer orders, invoices, and communications for easy access and audit purposesCreate order, invoice, or delivery reports for internal teams and customers to provide insights and ensure transparencyLiaison with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to meet customer requirements and ensure satisfactionBuild strong relationships with DSD customers to understand their needs and proactively address potential issuesEnsure the smooth operation of DSD processes, maintain accurate financial reconciliation, and build trust and reliability with the customer baseResponsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism and working to establish a positive rapport with every customerCommunicate solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Customer Service SupervisorSupport overall supply chain planning, sales operations and expansion projectsCommunicate with Sales team via telephone/email in-order to provide information about products and servicesMaintain a world class customer service relationship with our customersPerform other duties as required
