Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every customerEnter daily incoming orders for the U.S. including Caribbean, Asia, EMEA, and Canada marketsProcess international shipping documentsCommunicate solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Customer Service SupervisorCreate labels for wine bottles and cases when needed using Avery SoftwareExpedite all orders in order to acquire on-time delivery utilizing the Open Orders reportReview and update daily Open Orders, Allocation and Inventory Reports to ensure product availabilityClose shipped orders daily/weekly reviewing warehouse bill of lading against customer order and conduct monthly closingFollow the Return Material Authorization/Credit process when neededCommunicate with the Sales team via telephone/email in order to provide information about products and servicesSupport overall supply chain planning, VP of Sales Operations, and expansion projectsWork across different business units such as FIJI Water/Landmark Vineyards and different teams such as inventory/planning/finance/warehouse teams regarding customer requirements and cross trainingAssist as needed in learning a new wine ERP system
