CISCO Credit Reporting is seeking an applicant for a customer support position
This position includes setup of new accounts, communication with the 3 national credit bureaus as well as vendors and implementation of services for new and existing clients, and taking/helping incoming technical support calls.
Job brief
We are seeking a dependable support representative to setup and maintain client accounts, maintain internet and phone systems and any duties associated with the daily operation of the company. As a representative of the company you will be responsible for accurate and timely updates to client setups as well as consumer credit reports.
In addition to daily routines you will need to be able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues as they arise.
Your attention to detail and adherence to established guidelines will be crucial in ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities
Updating/adding and maintaining client accounts
Follow up with clients to clarify important points
Identify customer needs
Work within established regulations and adhere to law requirements at all times
Requirements and skills
Proven working experience in an office setting
Computer skills and knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools is helpful
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of internet/phone systems is helpful but not required
