DDD Article 9 and Prevention and Support Instructors

Currently looking to hire a Prevention and Support Instructor to give the Direct Support Professional (DSP) tools on how to de-escalate interfering conduct, knowledge about how to better understand what a person may be communicating with their behavior and to learn why it’s important to find out the function of a person’s behavior so a new replacement skill can be taught along with teaching how to safely apply an emergency physical intervention technique.

Also hiring for an Article 9 instructor to teach the Direct Support Professional (DPS) how to positively support member behavior, covering topics like rights, teaching techniques, and reporting requirements.
