Role: Ensure proper task management in order to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction. You will be expected to be full time in Glendale office managing a staff of Field Service Technicians.Responsibilities:
- Perform customer support tasks
- Manage and coordinate multiple fires, demonstrate emotional intelligence, listen to issues, address issues and assist with issues. Good organizational intelligence and able to lead a team.
- Repair broken scanners
- Repair monitors
- Break/Fix
- Install desktop and provide support in a professional and calm manner
- Will also trouble shoot tickets
- Lightweight software installs
- Perform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management and maintenance
- Track and document the progression of the work
- Perform troubleshooting
- Identify all issues
- Suggest and implement solution
- Check and update field automation systems and databases
- Adhere to company’s given rules and regulations
- Team up with colleagues and other team members
- Build relationships and trust with customers and clients
- 10+ years of IT experience, 5 years managerial experience, Field Service Technician experience
- Microsoft technologies – Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, Cisco Router and Switch, some firewall experience
- Think on the fly
- Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment
