Desktop Services Hardware Analyst Contract to hire - 1 year ContractOnsite Peoria, AZProvides technical support to resolve/repair computer and network problems for customers - in person, via telephone or from a remote location, including all company owned equipment but not limited to: laptops, smartphones, flash drives, printers and telework devices. Assists in providing hardware, software, telecommunications equipment and training including support to all remote device systems ensuring all specialized computer needs are met. Installs, deploys, and supports applications and software deployed to workstations. Uses automated application delivery and PC management suite for software/asset management. Also maintains inventory of all equipment, monitor and ensure optimal performance and security on all computers.
- Desktop support skills (software and Operation system) Windows 10 environment, Office 365
- Hardware support skills (able to troubleshoot, resolve hardware issues with desktops, laptops, and printers)
- Able to troubleshoot basic network issues and communicate with other support teams.
- Healthcare environment would be helpful
