- Experience in performance engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in a hands-on Engineering, DevOps and/or Architecture role with at least 3 years leading / managing a team of DevOps or System Engineering teams.
- Experience designing, orchestrating, and building DevSecOps solutions via advanced proficiencies in the latest technologies, cloud services, automation patterns and performance engineering.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across the enterprise and varied stakeholders.
- Experience with full stack DevOps and infrastructure automation tools.
- Experience in assessing and administering of modern security models.
- Programming experience that includes knowledge of off the shelf open-source tools in addition to hands on scripting and coding experience.
- Experience with source control systems and branching strategies.
- Experience with scripting technologies.
- Experience with cloud computing platform providers.
- Experience with how applications and infrastructure leverages cloud services.
- Experience with building, deploying and supporting container technologies.
- Experience with build and deployment technologies.
- Experience with performance assessment and monitoring.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies (systems, storage, security, networking, virtualization, cluster, etc).
- Experience with IT infrastructure management.
- Experience with security scanning tools and integration into monitoring and testing.
- Experiences with encryption and certificate management.
- Working knowledge of build and deployment automation tools.
- Experience working as a team member in projects utilizing the AGILE framework/SCRUM methodology.
- Prior experience in healthcare industry.
- Experience administering and supporting message brokers and streaming technologies.
- Knowledge of .Net based applications, languages, frameworks and technologies (especially web based).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience working and integrating with microservices and REST APIs.
