You will report directly to the Aerospace VP of HSE&F and Business Resilience and provide leadership and oversight for Health, Safety, Environment and Facilities (HSE&F) activities and performance for 13 Aerospace sites in North America, Canada and Mexico. You will establish strong working relationships with business and functional leaders and HSE&F staff at plant locations. You will be a key leader with multi-site responsibility, directing sustainable health and safety programs through incorporation of impactful operating processes and keeping in front of leading practices in health and safety standards.Travel Estimated- 35%KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops, leads, and executes strategies to drive exceptional HSE&F performance

Deploys a strong Management Operating System for all areas of responsibility

Leads HSE&F capital strategy and execution, and oversees project management execution for critical, Assurance Letter,

Facilities, Workplace Modernization and Carbon Neutrality projects

Partners with the Business Resilience Director to drive maturity and reduce risks of Crisis Management, Supplier

Resilience, Operational Technology and Business Continuity

Provides mentoring, technical guidance and matrix reporting relationship to site HSE&F leaders

Conducts site compliance reviews to ensure standards are being met, actions prioritized and executed

Ensures incidents are appropriately escalated, investigated and managed to drive the best possible outcomes and prevent recurrence

Drives performance and results through execution of the Annual Operating Plan, Common Balanced Scorecard, HSE metrics and initiatives

Leads site implementation of energy efficiency measures and projects (LCNC to CapEx)

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree

10+ years progressive experience in HSE

5+ years’ experience managing people.

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

Success of leading and developing teams

Extensive and progressive experience in HSE & Facilities programs

Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean expert

Managed HSEF in site facility

Master’s Degree
