Director, Insurance Operations, Experian Consumer Services

We are looking for a Director, Insurance Operations to own personal lines insurance carrier relations and producer/agency licensing. Reporting directly to our Vice President of Insurance, this highly visible role can be remote or based in our Chandler, AZ office. To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to balance several priorities within a complex and fast-growing personal lines insurance business.What you’ll be doingDevelops and manages key relationships with carrier partners to drive revenue growth for the insurance business unit.Identifies and develops new opportunities to generate additional revenue with new and existing carriers.Negotiate contracts, including commission rates and profit sharing, with current and new carrier partnersOwn the strategy for the evolution of the Experian Insurance Services carrier panelOversee producer and agency licensing team and related processesAs a member of the Insurance Sr. Leadership team, provide strategic insight and develop plans to successfully execute, deliver top notch results and drive incremental revenue growth.
