Director, Lifecycle Marketing, Experian Consumer Services

We are looking for a Director, Lifecycle Marketing to own customer relationship management and product marketing. To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to balance several priorities within a complex and fast-growing personal lines insurance business.What you’ll be doingBuild out a roadmap for the novel digital insurance customer experience; this product is an embedded feature within Experian that monitors a customer’s risk profile over time so that they can get the best coverage at the cheapest ratesCreate messaging across product, CRM and GTM brand that will build engagement for Experian customers to engage with Experian Insurance productsResponsible for revenue growth from all campaigns and communication to customers who have previously interacted with Experian Insurance productsDevelop testing strategy for all new campaign and marketing strategies pushed into marketOwn the strategy for current customer campaigns (e.g. cross sell)
