Director of Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Partner to join our team! Flexible schedule/remote.

The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

-Licensed commercial real estate broker in the State of AZ.

-A minimum of 5 years of experience with commercial brokerage firms in the Phoenix market.

-Proven success/closed pipeline in commercial real estate.

-Self-starter/motivated individual.

-Wide network of real estate professionals including other realtors, contractors, vendors, etc.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Proficiency in Excel

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.

Job duties include (but not limited to):

-Manage commercial real estate projects (ground up construction, remodel/renovation). Work closely with architect/contractor to ensure timely completion of projects and address any issues that arise. Perform routine inspections of ongoing projects.

-Network in the Phoenix market with other real estate professionals, chambers, etc.

-Identify and build network of vendors for the commercial property portfolio (day porter, landscaping, HVAC, etc.)

-Coordinate vendors for routine repair/maintenance on properties.

-Perform quarterly site inspections on all properties. Identify and address maintenance and repair needs or other areas of concern.

-Monitor market trends and conduct market analysis to identify investment opportunities and optimize returns for commercial real estate.

-Market analysis for commercial rental properties that have tenants with leases expiring. Void analysis to identify the right tenants for the property.

-Marketing efforts for all commercial properties within the portfolio as needed.

-Prepare and present quarterly reports to management summarizing asset performance and recommendations for improvement.

-Identify luxury homes for sale in the Scottsdale/PV market that could serve as a high-end VRBO/Airbnb.
