We are seeking a cyber professional inherently driven and fascinated by the art and science of cyber defense. We will provide the best tools and technology so that you can deliver top notch results. As Director of Security Operation Threat Intelligence, you will be a leader in the Global Security Office with responsibilities that ensure SVB is secure. Responsibilities:- Build and lead a world-class team of 8-10 global SVB employees utilizing the right processes and technology that will excel in developing threat intelligence capabilities for SVB
- Build and lead the SVB threat intelligence strategy for current and emerging threats
- Analyze, build, test, deploy, maintain, and document threat intelligence playbooks for threat intelligence and defense specialists
- Prepare and conduct cyber intelligence briefings to provide senior decision makers and technical and nontechnical customers with a critical understanding of the cyber threat
- Drive continuous automation and improvement of detection and response, threat hunting and incident response processes
- Ensure cybersecurity and security threat intelligence standards/procedures are enforced
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology/cybersecurity, or financial services
- 10+ years' experience within Cybersecurity operations
- 5+ years' experience directly related security threat intelligence
- 3+ years leading a team in security threat intelligence
- Strong understanding of various control frameworks (NIST, FFIEC etc.) and requirements, and ability to adapt and apply new ones as required
- Strong understanding of MITRE and Various Attack Frameworks
- Skill in organizing resources and determining priorities
- Exceptional understanding of the relevant industry
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) - Preferred
