We're looking for a full-time dispatcher to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers

Route trips efficiently for timely service

Communicate with drivers, customers, and behavioral health clinics

Monitor fleet operations and address scheduling needs

Requirements:

Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills

Experience in dispatching or transportation coordination preferred

Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure

Basic computer proficiency

Compensation:

$17.00 per hour

Full-time position with a 6 AM start time
