We provide daycare and boarding services for dogs of all breeds and sizes, ensuring they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and love while their owners are away. Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Doggie Day Care/Boarding Staff member to join our team. Team members are responsible for the care, supervision, and well-being of dogs during daycare and boarding stays. You will ensure that each dog has a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience while their owners are away.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise dogs during playtime and other activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Feed dogs according to their individual dietary needs and schedules.

Administer medications as required by pet owners.

Clean and maintain kennel areas, play zones, and all pet facilities, ensuring a sanitary and safe environment.

Provide personal attention to dogs, including grooming, playing, and comforting them.

Maintain accurate records for each dog, including feeding schedules, behavior notes, and special needs.

Communicate with pet owners regarding their dog’s stay and any concerns or updates.

Assist with intake and check-out processes for dogs.

Handle basic behavioral issues in a calm and professional manner.

Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed.

Qualifications:

Passion for working with dogs and animals.

Previous experience in pet care, dog walking, animal boarding, or a similar role is a plus.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Comfort with handling dogs of varying sizes, breeds, and temperaments.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Must be over 21 years of age

Must be able to pass a background check

Must have a reliable source of transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with dog training, behavior, or grooming is a plus.

Basic knowledge of animal health and safety practices.
