Envision Your Experience

The Email Marketing Manager will manage email channel communications and technologies to drive lead generation, engagement, and sales. Using the company’s email service provider, this person will deliver email content with the goal of engaging and attracting consumers to the brand, driving sales, communicating with consumers, and reporting interaction metrics and results. The individual will partner closely with the product marketing managers in the development, deployment, and measurement of email campaigns.

This is a regular, full-time position, based out of your home office.

Share Your Expertise

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing and 3-5 years of marketing email campaign experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of email best practices and how to translate them into increasing brand email engagement and results.
• Passion for consumer engagement within the email channel to drive results and meet goals.
• Adoption and adherence to brand procedures for consumer communications.

• Intrinsically motivated, self-directed, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects and adhering to tight and demanding deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and an ability to contribute in a collaborative team environment.

• Intuitive grasp of customer and a drive to impact and satisfy customers.

• Education industry experience is a plus.

• Direct operational experience in a primary ESP with Click Dimensions experience as a plus.
