Job Title: Enterprise Architect - Cloud MigrationDuration: 5+ month contract to hireLocation: Glendale, AZ or Anchorage, AK (This role is remote but they must be located in one of these areas)Primary Functions: Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts and models that will guide decision-makers to make more informed, effective, and impactful business and technology investment decisions through strategies, roadmaps and standards for domains and products across the organization. You will be joining a product team within this organization, so previous experience working on product teams is a major plus. This is more so a Solution Architect so Application expertise is great.Soft Skills:Strong communication skills and documentation skillsBanking/Lending/Insurance background is nice/ideal but not a requirement for the jobAbility to influence and persuade – able to build relationshipsForward thinker, strategic thinkerTogaf certification if possibleCloud smart organization; familiarity with cloud integration – Azure if possibleStrong communication skills; stand in front of room and lead through complex problems and lead them to right answerExperience Required:4+ years of experience in an Enterprise Architect roleModifying certified Enterprise Architect frameworks to make it practical for the organizational needs. Banking or Credit Union environment industry experience.Familiarity with Agile process development and Product Management methodologies.
