Independent Risk Management establishes and maintains Wells Fargo's risk management program and provides oversight, including challenges to and independent assessment of, the frontline's execution of its risk management responsibilities. We manage risk according to the Risk Management Framework and ensure all employees understand their individual accountability for managing risk. Corporate Risk roles depend on a variety of skills, including: Data analysis and synthesis, root cause analysis, change management, process management & execution, risk governance, risk strategy, risk identification & assessment, risk prevention, controls & mitigation, risk monitoring, reporting & escalation, risk systems & technology.The Risk Measurement Program team, part of the Enterprise Risk Program Integration group within Strategic Enterprise Risk Management, is looking for a candidate to join the team. The Risk Measurement Program sets Wells Fargo’s standards for establishing, measuring, monitoring and reporting on risk appetite and key risk indicators. The candidate will work collaboratively across the Enterprise with the Front Line and Independent Risk Management.This role within the Risk Measurement Program will support the governance activities related to the Risk Measurement Program in alignment with the program's vision to enable risk based decision making. Among your many attributes, the candidate should be persuasive, self-starting, a natural leader and skilled at solving problems and explaining complex issues. The candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills at the senior level, as well as the ability to work closely and constructively with all areas of the business. The candidate must;Support operational activities related to the monthly/quarterly data submission of risk appetite results

Support RMP system production activities and user support

Become a subject matter expert on the Risk Measurement system of record and all user capabilities

Coordinate RMP system Agile-based enhancement and testing activities with Technology partners

Support Risk Measurement system of record from a product owner perspective by developing business requirements, developing user acceptance testing plans and scripts and executing those tests

Develop system related procedural documentation/user guidance and facilitate training and communication

Be the first point of contact and troubleshoot user questions related to the system of record and it's capabilities

Support with data analysis, review and challenge of qualitative and quantitative risk measures

Assist in execution of the annual refresh of all risk measurement program measures

Proactively prioritize in a dynamic environment

Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in risk management (includes compliance, financial crimes, operational risk, audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, IT systems security, business process management) or 5+ years of financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in risk management
