Home Improvement Company looking for entry level office person. This position is 33 hours per week. Hours will be Monday through Thursday 9am-4pm and Fridays 9am-2pm. Starting pay $16.00 per hour with performance raise after 90 day probationary period. Located at Peoria/I-17. Must have excellent customer service skills, the ability to take concise/detailed messages and follow directions. Familiarity with the Valley for scheduling is a huge plus. If you are quick learner with great organizational skills, you will advance rapidly into the office management position.
Duties: Answer Phones, Manage Company emails, Schedule techs in the field, collect payments from customers, greet and help walk in customers, post on social media & google daily, keep office clean and presentable at all times.
