Estimator

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Estimator. Our company on commercial and residential construction projects, so you must be familiar with a wide range of worksites, cost structures and timelines. Your job duties will include collaborating with contractors, vendors, and labor as well of the potential of site surveys; to provide a comprehensive cost analysis for potential clients. Every estimate needs to address all relevant governmental regulations. Excellent communication skills are required to present your estimates.

Construction Estimator Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare project cost estimates from drawings, outlines, or specs

- Review estimates from architects and engineers

- Respond to RFP's and RFQ's

- Attend pre-bid meetings

- Determine the scope of work

- Request bids from subcontractors as necessary

- Ability to read architectural drawings, electronically and hard copies

Applicant understands that the standard probationary period is 90 days but may be adjusted depending upon performance or expected performance.
