Executive Assistant/CRM improvement specialist

I am a commercial roofing contractor owner looking for a qualified, competent individual to help me out. Candidate must be highly motivated to accomplish tasks, trustworthy and knowledgeable in current technologies. Pay is DOE and negotiable, as I am really right looking for the right person!

The first task would be to go through our entire CRM (Job Nimbus) and update all contracts, email/estimate templates, forms and documentation to ensure accurate and detailed data.
