Experience Dispatch For Plumbing Company

We are a small plumbing company currently looking for an experience dispatch.

MUST know HouseCall Pro Software-for scheduling, or have some experience with dispatch software.

MUST pay attention to detail. Answers emails on a timely manner, respond to texts immediately from technicians, and dispatch technicians to areas of current job locations. Take phones home 2-3 evenings a week.

We are looking for a team player, someone who is looking for longterm employment. We prefer someone who livess within the office area, this is not a work from home job. Hours are 7am-3pm, Monday thru Friday.

MUST PROVIDE REFERENCES FROM PREVIOUS EMPLOYER.

Willing to train the right person, however must have dispatch experience with a previous plumbing company.

We are currently working with HouseCall Pro, Quickbooks, EZClocker apps for dispatching technicians.
