knowledge and skill. Current on trends, and efficiency.

Job description:

Manage the Finish Department, while at the same time being a hands on Lead Finisher.

Ability to Produce High Quality Finishes, Custom Color Matches as needed.

General knowledge of Different Wood Species and Operation of Associated Equipment.

Extremely Reliable, Hard Working, with a Outstanding Work Ethic.

Self-Motivated with Attention to Detail A Must.

Team Player who can get along with others, and meet department deadlines.

Shop is a Four Day/10 Hour Days with Occasional Over-Time Required.
