Job Title: Facilities Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general repair of the building envelope. Responsibilities include plumbing repairs, drywall, mechanical, electrical tasks, and maintaining a fleet of scissor lifts and forklifts (changing fluids, hoses and lines, and minor mechanical repairs). The technician will perform regular preventive maintenance (PMs) and handle day-to-day maintenance needs.Hard Skills

Bilingual: Must be bilingual in Spanish and English

Electrical: Ability to troubleshoot and repair low voltage up to 480v

Plumbing: Proficiency in plumbing tasks such as sinks, drains, faucets, and fixture repairs

HVAC: Capability to perform minor repairs on HVAC units without requiring a universal certification
