We are a artificial turf landscape company looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Field Manager to oversee daily operations. This role is perfect for someone with a construction background, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day field operations for landscaping and construction projects.

- Supervise and support on-site teams to ensure high-quality work.

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns.

- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

- Troubleshoot issues on-site quickly and effectively.

- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and labor hours.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety.

- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.

- Ability to lift 50+lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

- Valid driver’s license

Bonus Skills:

Experience with project management software Jobber & Slack

OSHA or other safety certifications.
