Field Welder

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency specializing in skilled trades, is seeking a Field Welder with strong structural steel experience for a steel contractor in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:

Weld and install structural steel components on-site

Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols

Perform stick (SMAW) and/or flux-core (FCAW) welding

Follow all site safety procedures and wear proper PPE

Work at heights and in outdoor environments

Communicate effectively with foremen and crew members

Qualifications:

2+ years of field welding experience in structural steel

Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions

Willing and able to travel to job sites throughout Arizona

Reliable, hardworking, and strong communication skills

Welding certifications and OSHA 10/30 are a plus
