Job Description:
- Bachelor's Degree with minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in IBM FileNet P8 platform
- At least 3 cycles of end-to-end IBM FileNet P8 implementation experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to participate in business value assessment and business requirements elaboration phases
- Ability to actively participate in the ECM/BPM enterprise application design and feasibility phases
- Hands on experience on CE APIs, PE APIs, WAT Framework, Workplace
- Good understanding of add-on products such as FileNet BPF, ICC, Process Analyzer, Records Manager, Advance Case Manager, Datacap Taskmaster
- Should have experience in Core & Advanced Java, J2EE, JSP, JS, JDBC, XML, XSLT
- Should have experience in MVC, SOA, JSF, Struts, Spring, Hibernate or iBatis
- Should have experience in Application Server like Web Logic, Web Sphere, Apache
- Should have experience in Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
- Experience in developing and deploying FileNet server-side extensions (Subscriptions, Events).
- Experience in deploying FileNet based web apps in WebSphere application server.
- Experience in deploying FileNet assets using FileNet Deployment Manager (FDM).
- Experience in implementing workflow using IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
- Banking experience is Must.
- Knowledge of FileNet API.
- Knowledge of ICN Java/JS API.
