What You’ll Do:

Fabricate and weld custom trailers using TIG and MIG processes.

Collaborate with the team to meet project budgets and schedules.

Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency.

Operate tools like grinders, band saws, and cold saws.

Read tape measures and hold tight tolerances.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of welding/fabrication experience (preferred, not required).

Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding.

Ability to read tape measures and maintain tight tolerances.

Physical ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 75 lbs), and work long hours.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Comfortable working overtime when needed.

Valid driver’s license.

Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Thursday).

Overtime as needed (paid at time-and-a-half).
