Employment type: Monday- Friday 2p-10p, and Weekends

Job title: Direct Support Professional

Must be 21 years or older with a valid Drivers License, you must be able to provide a clean 39 month MVR record in order to transport members in company vehicle.

Our agency is seeking to hire individuals that are caring, sincere, and teachable looking to work either full time or part time positions. We offer flexible shifts during the weekdays or weekends. We currently offer, 16-hours per shift, and 8-hour shifts.

Additional Shifts available in other locations(Mesa, Tempe):

Weekend overnights-

7am-3pm

3pm-11pm

7a-11pm

11pm-8am

QUALIFICATION:

18 years of age

Have either a High School Diploma or GED

Criminal Background and Fingerprints taken or (Fingerprint card)

Clearance Check

Valid AZ driver license

Clean 39-month MVR

Our agency offers training needed- CPR & First Aid, Prevention & Support, Article 9, even better if you already have these trainings.
