Handyman needed – Flooring, Repairs, Landscaping, Painting, etc.

I need a reliable handyman to help get a doublewide in St. David ready for sale. Mostly landscaping/outdoor cleanup and finishing a laminate flooring installation inside. A few repairs and general cleanup, painting as needed.

Looking for someone who:

Lives near St. David / Benson / Wilcox / Sierra Vista / Tombstone

Has their own pickup truck and basic tools

Trailer a plus (for hauling materials or debris)

Has experience with flooring and yard cleanup

Can work independently when needed

Reliable and communicates well

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: 1-2 Days a week

Duration: A few weeks until the project is done.

You’ll be working directly with the property owner. Good opportunity for extra income!
