Robert Half is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to support local and field users in a growing company. You will thrive at solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment as a Help Desk Analyst. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Phoenix, Arizona area and is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity.Major responsibilities- Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues - Offer IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally- Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups Requirements - Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems- Strong problem solving and analytical skills- 2+ years of prior experience- Remote Support experience- Practical knowledge of ADUC - Active Directory Users & Computers- Background working with VPNs (virtual private networks)- General familiarity with Active Directory- Microsoft Windows Server experience highly preferred- Global Infrastructure experience required- Global Enterprises experience- Demonstrated knowledge of Laptop Hardware- Deskside Support experience- Manage Vendor Relationships experience- Adeptness in Windows PC- Experience in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment- Basic networking concepts- Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
