Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for health and wellness? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at closing sales over the phone? We're seeking a motivated Phone Sales Closer to join our team and promote our line of CBD and Nutraceutical products.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound phone calls to potential clients in the CBD and Nutraceutical industries.
Effectively present product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and close sales.
Build rapport with prospects and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently closing deals and maximizing revenue.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Conducting proactive follow-up calls with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and facilitate repeat orders.
Requirements:
Proven experience in phone sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CBD and Nutraceutical products and their benefits (preferred but not required).
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
