HR Director

Description We are seeking a committed Bilingual HR Director to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. This role will involve leading the human resources department and its hiring protocols, supporting employee satisfaction, and managing HR initiatives that align with our business objectives. Responsibilities: Plan and lead the human resources department and its hiring protocols Support employee satisfaction through effective management and resolution of employee relations issues and disputes Oversee HR initiatives, strategies, and campaigns to ensure alignment with business objectives Supervise HR personnel and provide coaching to employees at all levels regarding programs and policies Forecast staffing needs and manage budgets effectively Structure benefit packages for employees to enhance job satisfaction Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations to mitigate risk Maintain accurate employee records and report on HR metrics Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, HCM, HRMS, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, C-Suite, Employee Relations, Spanish Translation.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR leadership role. Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. Experience with HCM and HRMS systems. Understanding of Benefit Functions within a HR context. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of Compliance laws and regulations related to HR. Experience working with C-Suite level executives. Proven track record in Employee Relations management.
