The Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient management of schedules, communications, and strategic initiatives. This role serves as a trusted partner, enabling executives to focus on organizational growth and decision-making.Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentialityManage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for executivesFormulate high-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents, including editing, prooing and assisting with oral communication preparation.Prepare C- Suite level presentations and formal reports for meetings.Compile data thorough research, analysis of topics creating reports and developing insightful poignant leadership ready presentation.Generate reports; prepare and submit a variety of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.Facilitate and coordinate meetings when needed, track action items, follow up on action items, and prepare and distribute detailed agendas.Contact Management: answer/return phone calls and emails on behalf of CHRO.Expense report preparation for CHROAnticipate the leader’s needs and proactively solve problems, making decisions independentlyCoordinate requests involving multiple departments.Assistant the General Counsel when required.Assist in office management of Tempe, AZ office.Ensure the adherence to departmental budge constraint when facilitating the planning and procuring materials for all operational departmental needs,Other duties as assigned.Please note this position is hybrid at our corporate office in Tempe, AZ
