Title: Home Manager

Work Location: In person at 101 and cactus, Scottsdale 85260

Pay: $30 per hour

Expected hours: 10-15 per week with minimum of 6 month commitment

Seeking Home Manager / Personal Assistant to manage the day-to-day personal and household responsibilities. The ideal candidate has the the following qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, personal assistant, or executive support role with references.

Self-Starter: Highly motivated, able to work independently, and anticipate needs before they arise.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organization & Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Detail oriented

Discretion & Professionalism: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Uphold strict confidentiality (must sign NDAs and undergo background check)

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—someone who can anticipate needs and take initiative.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Tech-savvy with experience in calendar management, research, and communication tools.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, appointments, reservations, and travel itineraries

Oversee family schedules including children’s activities, school, and camps

Handle returns, shipments, prescription pickups, and general errands

Source and purchase household or personal items

Maintain home inventory and restock pantry, toiletries, household products

Coordinate maintenance appointments: HVAC, car services, cleaning, etc

Implement and maintain home systems: labeled storage, document organizing and filing, receipt management and tracking. Organize spaces including closets, kitchens, garages, offices, and pantries

Meeting Coordination: Plan and organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Email & Communication Management: Monitor, prioritize, draft emails and email filling on behalf of the executive.

Project Organization: Assist with home projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Family Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries for both business and personal travel.

Household & Administrative Organization: Oversee bill payments, personal financial organization, and home maintenance schedules.

Errands & Logistics: Handle occasional personal and business errands, such as pickups, deliveries, and coordinating with vendors.

Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs

Light housekeeping duties

This position is for a commitment of 6 months.
