We are looking for a Human Resource Information Services Manager to join our team.The Human Resource Information Services Manager will support and maintain specialized and internal HR systems, services, and applications used in organizations with customized or specialized needs. This position will also be responsible for the administration of benefits and retirement programs, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, FSA and 401 (k) plan, and ensuring all data enter in system are accurate and correct.The position’s key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Oversees and maintains optimal function of the organization’s internal HR information services systems, which may include database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.Oversees and maintains internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security.Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees.Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements; recommends and implements solutions.Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users.Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.Compiles or assists with acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs requested by senior executives and HR staff.Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Accounting, MIS and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects.Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications.Overall administration of Unitek’s benefits program for all campusesEnsures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.Monitor and administer carrier connect with all carriers and ensure accuracy before every pay period and month-endResponsible for timely enrollments and drops.Responsible for all reporting and compliance with all benefits related matters, such as ACA, 5500 and discrimination testing.Reconcile monthly bills and invoices.Enrolls employees with carriers and process life status changes.Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.Responds to 401(k) inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts.Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity.Manage all reports and data requests and needs for the business.Other duties as assigned.
