As a Product Health Team Leader here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and success of our products within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment and accountability across the organization (FSR, Procurement, Planning, ISC Engineering, Rate Readiness, Quality). You will report directly to our VP, Americas Mechanical Ops and work out of our Phoenix location. This position will also manage the other Product Health Team Leaders within the Americas Mechanical Operations organization.Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure product health and optimize supply chain processes

Lead Daily MOS – Driving the cross-functional team

Utilize rail structure to identify PHT Actions

Monitor Action Rail to ensure relevant actions are captured and getting worked promptly

Ensure weekly deep-dive presentations are captured on the Teams site

Ensure the weekly deep dive conversations are getting to the root of the problems and robust actions are created to drive

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with overall business objectives

Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity and resilience

People management and resource planning

Talent management and development

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVE

8+ years of experience in operations or supply chain roles

Strong knowledge of supply chain management and quality control processes

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, etc.). Advanced degree preferred

Experience in product health management or related field

Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
