Experience

Refrigeration/HVAC Technician - 3 years of experience minimum

Experienced in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing new and existing refrigeration equipment

Proficient in soldering and brazing

Must possess valid EPA certification

Job Description/Requirements

Dependable, punctual, professional

Alcohol and drug free work environment

Ability to travel throughout Phoenix and occasionally the state to different job sites.

Accustomed to a fast-paced environment where you can work independently as well as teach others.

Basic understanding of how to read blueprints and specifications.

Work productively with superintendents, project managers, co-workers, and other trades in a construction environment.

Willingness to step outside of individual trade and do other work it may take to complete the job

Manage self and possibly work crews ensuring all project tasks are completed on schedule and within budget including documenting hours worked and job progress.

Adhere to all safety regulations at all times on the job site

Complete work orders on time

Track and inventory materials

Owns standard set of hand and power tools to perform tasks safely

Own transportation

Possess valid driver's license

No fear of heights

Prevailing Wages Offered

Salary- $27 - $32 an hour depending on experience

Weekly Pay every Friday

10+ Paid Holidays/Year

40 hours PTO available after initial 90 days
