Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Hybrid - Transactional Real Estate Paralegal with a prominent law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. The job will be mainly remote-based after initial training. This role will involve managing commercial real estate and land banking transactions and requires an individual who is adept with various legal and administrative tasks. Competitive base salary and bonus potential.Responsibilities: Utilize Aderant software for efficient case management and billing functions Prepare and process legal documents related to real estate transactions Leverage Adobe Acrobat for document creation, editing, and management Use Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for property-related transactions Manage calendars and deadlines using CompuLaw software Administer claim processes and ensure timely resolution Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders regarding transaction status Conduct preliminary title reports for real estate transactions Handle briefing tasks and ensure all legal documents are well-prepared and organized Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in the role of a Transactional Real Estate Paralegal or similar capacity within a law firm or in-house legal department Proficiency in using Aderant, a comprehensive legal software Demonstrated skill in Adobe Acrobat for document handling Familiarity with the Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for real estate transactions Experience in using Case Management Software to track and manage legal cases Knowledge of CompuLaw, a leading legal calendar platform Ability to handle billing functions effectively Experience in briefing and presenting case summaries Proficiency in calendar management for tracking important dates and deadlines Experience in claim administration, including filing and managing claims Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge in preparing and reviewing Preliminary Title Reports in real estate transactionsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
