Immigration Legal Assistant

Boutique immigration law office is seeking a temporary Legal Assistant 9 AM - 4 PM Monday - Friday starting on July 12, 2025 through November 30, 2025. No experience is required. Starting at $22/hour.

Responsibilities include:

- Answering phones and scheduling appointments.

- Communicating with clients.

- Copying and scanning documents.

- Preparing mail and postage.

Requirements:

- Bilingual; Must be fluent in English and Spanish

- Attention to detail

- Good attitude and ready to learn

- Punctual and reliable
