In Home Caregivers

We are Alternatives in Home Care, a local boutique professional senior care management agency. We are looking for several experienced in home caregivers to join our team, providing care for clients in their homes in the greater Tucson area. Duties include assistance with ADLs, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, med reminders, meal prep, companionship, safety supervision, etc.

Hours are flexible and we will work with you on scheduling based on your availability. Preference is given to those who can work weekends (day and night) and fill in shifts, with hours available all days of the week. Part time and full time work is available.

Base pay is $18 per hour plus bonuses, incentives and mileage pay; base pay may be adjusted depending on the client. Some overtime at time and a half pay may be available, generally up to 10 hours per week.

We request the following:

1. At least one year experience as a caregiver

2. Current DCW or CNA highly desired

3. Flexible and reliable, with a client-oriented and team player attitude

4. Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation

5. Ability to use technology (ie apps, email, etc.) for care notes, team communication, scheduling, etc.

6. Professional appearance and communication skills
