Great company. Great people. Great opportunities.Job SummaryThe Intern will be responsible for a number of projects and tasks that support the corporate department. The intern will gain experience in one or more key functional areas.Essential DutiesThe duties of the Intern will vary by department and may include:

A variety of tasks to support the department objectives. Assist with meeting these objectives, while providing superior customer service.

Participation on various projects related to the business which may cover multiple categories (i.e. Pricing analysis, financial modeling, supply chain growth and development through enhanced activities).

Participation in departmental and cross-functional work sessions, conference calls and WebEx meetings.

Other Essential Duties Support sponsorship marketing team activities, including coordination and communication with partners, and tracking fulfillment of contractual obligations. Support marketing objectives aligned with sponsorship initiatives, including onsite/asset branding and social media support. Assist in the execution of hosted customer experiences across the sponsorship portfolio as needed, from pre-planning to onsite support. Assist in the administration of marketing projects including events, database management and reporting, post-event communications, and other duties in support of sponsorship programs.Other duties assigned, as needed.EducationCurrent university or college student in sales, business management, marketing, advertising or related program required

Experience1 year customer service or sales experience required

Other Skills RequiredAbility to manage multi priorities and meet deadlines

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Confidence to deal with employees at all levels of the organization

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a keen attention to detail
