Job DescriptionReporting to the Inventory Manager, the Analyst, Inventory plays a vital role in inventory management and optimization in support of their renewables operating fleet. This role works closely with the Procurement and site teams to coordinate and maintain optimal inventory levels required for current company operations at our wind and solar plants across the US. This position plays a key role establishing optimal min/max inventory levels, drives and implements best practice replenishment strategies to increase efficiencies and cash flow, provides expertise to support the business and system processes utilized in managing materials/services, and directs, manages and coordinates the logistics and warehousing activities for intercompany parts sharing/transfers, as needed.Essential Duties/Responsibilities:Collaboration with external fleet management partners and oversee fleet vehicle contractsWork within various supplier portals to manage fleet data, vehicle inventory and maintain accurate vehicle assignmentsMonitor and manage the fleet budget, analyzing costs related to fuel, maintenance, repairs, and other operational expensesAnnual Vehicle forecasting and purchasingEnforcement and coordination of regular vehicle inspections and repairs to ensure fleet safety and compliance with state regulations and organizational requirements.Preparation of monthly billing allocation files for invoice processingWorking within internal lease management system for existing and new vehiclesDaily inquiry resolution from internal stakeholdersRespond to audits, surveys, or other informational requests from internal and external sourcesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
