Overview

  • This position is responsible for the execution and administration of assigned tasks to enhance the Bank's to remain stable and reliable. Participates in aspects of assigned work including planning, definition, design, and delivery. Coordinates between technical and non-technical aspects of support with the appropriate resources. Tracks and reports progress against milestones and or required deadline tasks. Facilitate the day-to-day coordination of BAU/KTLO Projects while adhering to standards and expectations and ensuring partners requirements are met.
Responsibilities

  • Project Management - Facilitates the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure delivery of the project goals. Resolves issues, guides routine work activities, and keeps team on track with project schedule. Improves workflow by implementing suggested process enhancements. Demonstrates a knowledge of systems, applications, and technical processes that support project execution.
  • Project Planning - Responsible for the development, execution, and management of projects. Maximizes available resources while minimizing risk. Ensures high quality results by employing best practices, engaging appropriate expertise, and making administrative decisions.
  • Collaboration - Works in conjunction with individuals, business units, and outside parties. Assists in negotiations with external consultants or technology vendors. Facilitates communication between IT teams and other business units to ensure delivery of project goals.
  • Reporting - Conducts methods of tracking progress and performance. Conveys results of tracking to appropriate parties through reports or other documentation. May review tasks status, applications, or technical processes to determine metrics.
Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Project Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Project Management
Preferred Area of Experience: TechnologyPreferred qualifications
  • Proficient at Agile Ceremonies and Scrum methodology
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new business and technology
  • Experience with vendor management, their theories and processes
  • Ability to manage work/tasks across technologies, tools, and business functions
  • Ability to lead change, support team building and recognize contributions and celebrates accomplishments
  • Ability to demonstrate customer focus and knowledge of functional and operational processes
  • Build and lead effective teams and builds strong vendor, customer, and team relationships.
  • Manages tasks across a wide range of technology solutions, spanning a number of disciplines, including implementation, compliance, and information management.
