IT Support Analyst to provide phone and remote tier 1 and some tier 2 IT Support to approximately 3000 end users for a wide variety of applications, technology, software, and hardware issues. Apply now, if you have the skills listed below:- Experience troubleshooting a Citrix environments
- VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) experience
- Understanding of Group Policies and Azure
- Excellent customer service experience
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced enterprise environment

- Available to work 40 hours per week; 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in Phoenix
